I managed to aquire a scope for 83c. It's a fifties tube scope, and it has
served me well for over ten years. Sure, it's not as fancy as some of the
new stuff, but it does the job.
Another option is to look out for a PC adapter, to turn your PC into a
storage scope. These are rather limited in bandwidth, but at audio
frequencies should be okay.
