Mullard C280 capacitors. Looked like sweets. The colours depicted value
just the resistor colour code. 220n was nice, but 470n was a masterpiece
of colour co-ordination. Radially mounted metallised polyester types,
they were found in everything from the 1960 to the late 70s. They have
now been replaced by plain orange ones with printed values. Dullsville.
