Michael,

Whilst I understand what you say..
for me I prefer receiving seperate messages..

My reasoning?

I read the first message of a subject (messages are sorted by date).
If it doesnt interest me, I sort by title and delete the whole lot.

it takes me about 10mins to read 100+messages useing this method.
I will miss out on some stuff, but hey, thats life..

I too subscribe to several other lists and indeed run one (for PPG users)
and agree that this list has grown a hell of a lot in recent years.
