All Synth DIY List members, please read

Hi list,

Although I'm not really concerned by the daily digest request (but
I understand that it can be useful to many members), I'd like to add
a couple of ideas for the list management that I've had in mind
for a while :

1) it would be great if (as in several other lists) a tag  - like (sDIY)
for instance - could be automatically added to the title of each post,
making browsing through incoming messages much easier...

2) it concerns the archives. A good example of what can be done
in archives management can be seen at the Kraftwerk mailing list :
http://www.xmission.com/pub/lists/kraftwerk/archive/

I quit that list a couple of years ago, but AFAIR archives were
organized by "monthly" files, and (last but not least) the messages
of the day were added daily to the current month file (it is possible
to keep in touch with the most recent posts even when you're not
home).
AFAIK Rick is a member of the KW list, so he certainly understand
what I mean.
