Not intended for for sale messages?

Whether or not the seller is serious about selling their gear, it beings up
an important point, maybe something to be clarified in the sign-on message.

I think that the list isn't the right place for selling used musical
instruments...Analog Heaven/Digital Hell, Harmony-central.com classifieds,
or rec.music.makers.marketplace are better places for that.

However, for extra components, old tools (things that are of relevance only
to DIYers), this list is probably the right place.  The occaisonal "cleaning
out the DIY closet" message isn't a bad thing.  

Just another of the "community-building" aspects of this list, IMO.
