1% PolyStyrene Caps?

As I gather the remaining parts for a few projects, I see that I need a 10nF
(.01uF) Polystyrene cap rated for 1% tolerance. I need this for Tony
Allgood's TB3030 VCO. 

Does anyone know of a US distributor that carries such an animal?  I've
checked quite a few and have not found any.  The closest would be Digikey's
PPS caps with 2% tolerance.  I suppose that that may be close enough.
