Juno 106 repair question

Hi...  My Juno 106 has one voice that never completely shuts off.  When no
keys are pressed, i still hear one note lightly bleeding through (about
20% volume)...  Also, one of the Chorus LED's is faintly lit, even though
it isn't turned on.

It seems like this could be VCA bias, or is it most likely blown
components? It changed overnight, which makes me think something blew...
