Chemical tinning of PCB´s

I have found that electroless tinning is a short term solution... it eventually
makes the PCB even MORE impossible to solder... and it is much harder than
copper so cleaning with Scotchbrite works poorly. I had to scrape with an X-acto
knife !!!
I'd solder coat myself...
