Well since you're switching voltages to control the 4 parameters you could
derive the required values from a rate and depth control.
Depth would need to generate equal positive and negative limits, and also
increase the overall rate control to maintain the same speed.
Add a 4 way switch and you could choose between speed and depth or the 2
rate, 2 limit controls.
