Discrete tube phaser

Hi all:

I say NO to the neon lamps. Its too hard to get accurate intensity out of
them...
they are more suited to on-off applications.

I'm aware of the Fender Amp "vibrato" application... but that is more
on-off with
response from the photocell.

I'd do incandescents if you MUST make a period piece...

(which I wouldn't...   ;^)
