I'm working on a schematic of a old computer midi interface that uses a
74HC74 to divide a 1MHz clock signal in half.
It uses a 220 ohm resistor as the notQ to D feedback path, with a 220p
capacitor from the D input to earth.
Maybe that would work on the 4013 too. Not sure how different HC inputs are
to 4000 CMOS.
