Adding CV to MemoryMan Analog Delay

Well, since no SAD4096 chips can be found
(Hence, no MIDWEST ANALOG DELAY), I want to 
make a modified version of the EH MemoryMan with CV 
input. Which can be built using MN3005s.

Any ideas on how to make the "RATE" sync to a CV
pulse (clock) input?
