Beginner Question

Building is good.  Educational.  However, if you are truly
just beginning, kits are better to start with.  One of the 
easiest synth kits is the PAiA FatMan.  There are also some 
folks on the list (they will speak up, I'm sure), who make 
semi-kits or sell PCBs and a parts list.  I have also 
read/heard that the Penfold book is riddled with errors.  
Correct that if it's wrong, please.  Perhaps if there
are people on the list who have fixed these and have made
some of the projects work, they'll post.
