You'll find the datasheet at:

NJR is a subsidiary or related company of JRC.
"DD" means low noise selected type.  Other specs should be the same.
I don't know the internal circuit of CR8000, but if the 4558DD is used
as conga filters where they are with critically high Q, I'd use a 4558
without DD for replacement.
