Need help finding ic's for counter and guitar splitter

Currently in search of a CD4520BM  Dual Binary up counter
a CD4526BM Programmable Divide by N 4-Bit Counter

both for Analog Cottage counter projects (to beef up my ASM-1 oscs)

Also a TL074...NTE859 or equivalent (14 pin)for a project out of "Recording" magazine..... quad buffer/guitar splitter

If you know of the Mouser #'s great... if not any help on other sources would be wonderful.
