Mouser's name for a MAT-02

    Seems like I remember some list member measured the Bulk resistance of
various off the shelf transistors.  The one nice thing about the MAT02 is the
low bulk resistance.  If somebody is going to match a pair of regular
transistors, I would think that picking a type with low bulk resistance would
be the best way to go....
