DX7

    Since the DX7 is being talked about....here is a DIY TX816 voice editor I wrote
a loonnggg time ago for the Atari ST.  I never had a DX7 to try it out with, it
should work, I might be wrong.  It really made editing the voices on the TX rack a
lot easeir....(well, it was imposible otherwise).
