Noist neighbors

The previous thread came about when the guy upstairs from me took up bass
guitar.
He seemed to lose interest after a while (and before I rigged up any
electronic counter-measures) but lately he's taken it up again, so I'm back
at the planning stage again.
Thing is an electric guitar pickup should be easier to interfere with
electrically than a stereo.

The sensible approach is to ask nicely, then complain to the landlord etc,
but as many people know, in the modern world that approach doesn't often get
very far.
You could always try phoning the police anonymously, and telling them he's
been selling drugs to minors. With any luck he'll have some 'personal' lying
about, and you'll get at least a statutory one year break from his stereo.
I think I may be sort of kidding about that, tho'... maybe !
