Noist neighbors

    There was a thread a while back about ways to deal with noisy
neighbors. There was a lot crreative solutions. The guy that lives below
me plays his stereo at all hours, we're talking at least until 2 or 3am
most nights some later. It's got very strong bass and s right below
where I sleep!
    He's a very unreasonable individual you can't speak to the guy
everything goes in one ear and out the other and he does what he
pleases. Anyone care to share any suggestions?
