SH-101 MIDI sync

HI List,

I'm hoping to retrofit a really simple MIDI interface into an SH-101. I'm
going to use a Blacet Labs MIDI->Din Sync IC to control the
sequencer/arpeggiator tempo. I have no desire for anything but syncing the
101's sequencer to a MIDI clock... so I don't need a regular MIDI-CV
converter. I'll probably use a clock-divider to select 32nd, 16th, 8th
notes, etc.

My question is: Does anyone know the proper way to connect the run/stop
signal from the Blacet IC to the "Play" function of the 101's sequencer?
Currently, when using an external clock (through the stock "Ext Clk" jack)
the sequence restarts where ever it was when you stopped it. I'd like the
MIDI start message to restart the sequence from the beginning

Any info or links would be greatly appreciated
