+/-15v........ easiest way??

While on the topic of power supplies, what would be the simplest way to
improve Tom G's design, that can be seen at:

This is the power supply used for mini4. I didn't notice any problems with
it until I used it to power midi cv converter along with the mini4. I
could hear a high frequency buzz besides the actual pitch being played. I
traced the problem down to the power supply ripple, and the oscilloscope
has
confirmed this. The output of the control voltage had a ripple of the same
frequency as the power supply.

Any hints are appreciated.
