I have some circuits, from Elektor, that do just this. Mind you, its
only at one frequency and quite marginal, so they are only of use in
oscilator feedback. Its a resonance mode, and you get 0.8dB of gain at
the peak using two C and two R.

In  --X---R----X-- Out
      !        !
      !        C
      !        !
      ----R----X
               !
               C
               !
    -------------- Gnd

Does that look alright to you? R is a resistor and C is a capacitor, all
the other bits are supposed to be wires. X is the bit where the wires
join.
