The "bias" of an amplifier is usually set to a particular value of current
passing through either output transistor's collector at idle (no signal).
This is commonly measured as a millivolt drop across the emitter current
limiting resistor on the output transistor. But unfortunately I do not know
what value it should be for your amplifier.
