I'm not sure about the Flanger, but I saw the Eventide Phaser there.
The site is updated quite regularly.

BTW, this is a great site for pics of effects boxes and rackmounted gear 
and lots of MP3 samples of the equipment in action.

Y'all probably already know this one, but the AMPAGE site is great for 
info on guitar amps and effects. Also, someone referred earlier to a "technology of the 
Wah" page. That article was written by Mark Hammer who hangs out at AMPAGE.
