how embarassing.

I couldn't find it in the books I have,  but I am switching the plug on the 
cs-15, and I don't know which is neutral and which is the HOT wire.  the 
yellow and green one is ground, that was obvious (although it wasn't 
connected to the plug for some reason,,?)  but there is a blue wire and a 
brown wire.  I remember reading about it, but I don't know which is which, 
and I don't feel confident assuming that the australian pin orientation is 
the same as the US one.  so for a beginner, which is which?
