Hey people, me again:
I have now replaced R6 with a 1K resistor in series with a 100K pot and 
it works very good for me. I can now set the OHH decay from very short 
(almost a CHH) to veeeeery long. The closed HH always cuts off the OHH.
R6 is located at the very left of the circuit board.
Hope this helps for future generations of 606 modificators.
