Okay already! I will tell you how I did it.. and it works btw.

OHH decay - replace r167 with a 1 meg pot in series with a 470k resistor.
CHH decay - put a 1 meg pot in series with a 1k resistor across C42.

Great FX!! using the two knobs, you can transpose which one is acting as the
CHH and which is the OHH and they will switch and cut each other off in the
same manner as if they had been actually switched in a pattern. The reason
they do this is because of the differential pair that is involved in cutting
off the OHH with the CHH.

It hasn't been fine tuned yet, but for me its fine. Changing the ohm values
of the pots and resistors might yeild better results, but I was impressed
with what I heard and I stopped there.

I will get off my dead rear end and post an audio example of a mundane patch
with the OHH and CHH being swapped around.
