You might as well drop those delay lines in the bin. The delay is too short
to be useful. The method they emply to effect the delay is PHYSICAL. There
appear to be two piezo transducers along one edge. One introduces a pulse
that is reflected physically around the crystal, eventually ariving back at
the other transducer.
