[sdiy] tr 606 knobs again

Hi list,

Many thanks to those who responded with suggestions on whereabouts to obtain
some replacement small silver knobs as used on the 303 / 606 for a TB303
restoration that I'm doing. No luck so far but Rob's moulded knob caps sound
an interesting solution, I might well get some of these.

Now then, would anyone out there happen to have a battered 606 (or any
individual 303/606 parts) they would consider selling to me? There are still
quite a few parts I need to salvage. There's cash waiting ;-)
