[sdiy] what is trigger signal?

Gate stays high as long as a key is pressed, Trigger is a pulse
that occurs onlt at the beginning of kew press... usually only
1-2mS long.

Trigger is good for er... triggering envelope generators to make
very short sounds that have no sustain, like most percussive sounds.
