[sdiy] tube rectifiers

Speaking of tube rectifiers, I have a rather unusual "loctal" based tube
here.  Looking through the glass, I can see a small rectifier or diode
structure, it is unusual in that the diode plate and filament are
horizontally placed, rather than along the axis of the tube. The number on
the tube is X6030, I cannot find that tube number in any of the tube
manuals I have.  Anyone have info on this tube?  Thanks.
