I virtually came across a Four Panel Serge Modular System.

----------------
"It is a very early system which was handmade by Serge himself.
It is a very expressive instrument."
Panel (1)
Dual Processor, 10 Step Sequencer, Mults, Envelope Generator,
    Positive Slew, Negative Slew
Panel (2)
Negative Slew, Programmer, Programmer, Peak Through
Panel (3), Mults, Filter HP LP BP, Filter HP LP BP, Ring Modulator
3 Gates, Dual Mixer, Bi-Directional Router
Panel (4)
3 Oscillators, Schmitt Trigger, Triple Wave Shaper, Dual Mixer, Mults
----------------

I have a few questions on this apparatus.
- what do you guys think of Serge's work?
- Are Mults = Multipliers?

"Also the super high quality metal resistors clamp down the harmonics
so I would use hand matched carbon resistors like they did on the old Moogs"
With the risk of starting a resistor war here, is this true?
Resistors shouldn't behave different at different freqs in the audio range,
should they? Or is the resistance of carbon that different at HF?
This could as well mean less and more HF, depending on the place in a circuit.
