The converters aren't assigned to anything other than a couple of memory
locations.  I think they were connected to pins in the paddle-controllers on
the C64, used for game playing, not synthesis.

To make use of them controlling the synth, you'll have to read the values,
then turn them into useful numbers and write them back into the
corresponding SID control registers.
