    The 9368 was the part used on the Paia 8700.  It includes a latch as well.
This part is TTL however, and probably the only one there is, and also probably
no longer availiable.  Harry's PAL suggestion is probably the best alternative.
If you are using the display in conjunction with a uP, use a look up table and an
8 bit latch.
