[sdiy] 4 bit binary to 7 segment hex decoder?

There has not been one in very many years (that I know of). There was an
early decoder for TV sets etc. in CMOS, but I have no data books old enough
to show it.

This would be very easy to program in a PAL.  If someone wants to make some
I'd be interested in participating. I'd like to buy a bunch myself.  This would
make a
worthy group DIY project.
