[sdiy] 4 bit binary to 7 segment hex decoder?

Hey all,

Is there a CMOS IC that coverts a 4 bit binary number into a hex number for a 
7 segment LED display?  The one's I've run into (CD4511, etc) blank out after 
9, or display "unique characters" for the numbers after 9... and I don't 
wanna add another 7 seg just to display "1" sometimes. Seems like there ought 
to be something that does 0-F... 

Yes?  No?  Know the part number if yes?  I searched all the fairchild PDFs 
but didn't find one...
