I am personally afflicted this way, although I do not
have epilepsy, but rather a cousin to it called
"sycope dysrythmia". Flickering old fluorescent lamps
are enough to do it. Strobes are wicked. It will
often make tiny portions of a muscle go twitchy, or
it may just make me irritable. I hate working in an
office where the maintenance crew ignores the lights...
