only wisdom I got out of it is that it IS a big deal:
the bone is injured, you might bleed a long time and even
get some degrees temperature. And the bone will ache for days.

Heck, I don't know why this dentist gave me acetyl salicyl acid
to damp the pain, everyone knows that the blood gets thinner
and bleeding gets worse

....mumbled the man and spit some red blob on the street again.
