Silonex do a useful range. Prices start around £1 (1 UK pound)
each from Farnell. I bought a batch of ten last year and managed
to select several pairs that matched over a useful range. I've seen
them used in Focusrite opto compressors and de-essers.
Data sheets were available on the Silonex website last time I looked.
I think it's www.silonex.com, but if it isn't, it shouldn't be difficult to
find.
