Hi list,

I'm hacking apart an old Kemo analogue memory module, which I obtained from
a university clearout some time ago. I belive it still works but long
obsolete. It was mounted alongside an X-Y crt module in a 19" case.
As the name suggests, it appears to memorise a short voltage waveform and
then display this on the crt. I've no idea if this was originally used for
electronics use (i.e. as a basic storage scope, maybe) or for some other
scientific purpose.

It has a large array of these 8-pin ICs inside which I gather must be the
(analogue) memory devices. They are marked: S7646. Are these maybe BBD
devices? Could they be used for any interesting BBD project?
