   Yep, the Marshall Time Modulator used 8 CCD delay lines. They are
   superior to BBD's, but I forget what the exact difference is--I've
   seen it explained before.

   Someday I'll have to capture that entire Device article. Yet
   another thing I keep forgetting about.
