[sdiy] LED/LDR modules

Check Clairex, Hammamatsu, and Vactec.
Clairex has recently re-entered the market. Hammamatsu makes
everything photonic, including optos. Some say that their LED/LDR
are too fast acting and don't fit the old circuits witjout modification. I
haven't tried them.
Vactec makes a whole line of LED/LDRs that work well and are usually
available through large distributors. I got my last order from
Newark.
