I don't know about CEM chips, but for vintage Audio electronics old
trashed home electronic organs are a goldmine. Plus, you can find
them dirt cheap, esspecially if they are busted, then you don't have
to feel so guilty about slaughterin' them.
As an added bonus, they normally have some pretty fresh analog beat
boxes attached to them, you could rip em' out and build them into
their own cases, i bet they would be a dream to modify, i doubt
trigger inputs would be hard, is it just me or do anyone else dig the
fresh sounds of those organ beat boxes?
