I've got also this mail several times from some stupid clown, not sure
if it's connected to this list...

Anyway, don't open .exe file, it's trojan, kuang PSW a, or something,
and it slips thru several of "advanced" AV programs, don't know why,
I've noticed that to the makers of my second favorite, F-prot, but
they still haven't updated the av engine.

If you've opened it, it's not destructive virus, it's trojan, it'll
open one of your virtual ports so some hacker could pick various
stuff from your PC...

If you need real antivirus try the one and only 
AVP Platinum Pro (www.kaspersky.com)

If you don't have firewall, try personal firewall, ZoneAlarm
(www.zonelabs.com), in the case you're worried that someone
will hack you via net

If you need daily dose of paranoia, try http://grc.com
where you'll test your Windoze, how open it is to the (unfriendly)
world (click Test my shields icon), also try OptOut program
from the same site, it's the small utility that will sweep
"spy" files from your Pc, that were installed by some over
concerned programs, just to watch what you're doing, what sites
are you visiting...
