[sdiy] does anybody want CEM chips?

hi all,
i've recently come into a bunch of old Paia ekx kits in various stages
of construction, so i've got a few each of the CEM 3310, 3320, 3330, and
3340 chips. i've seen these mentioned a few times here and elsewhere,
mostly regarding their rarity.
i haven't tested them yet, but wanted to ask two questions:
1) are there any better circuits than the Paia-provided ones for testing
and using these chips? i'm thinking in terms of best performance (i
might keep one of each), and the least possible risk to the chips,
because i've heard those designs are a bit sketchy.
2) secondly, does anyone actually want them? i wanted you folks to get
first crack at them since some of you might be able to resurrect beloved
gear with these chips. but i'm...um, poor, so i would prefer not to give
them away outright if they can help me pay for ongoing projects and/or
rent. :) if anyone wants to offer cash or something cool in trade, let
me know offlist.
thanks much,
tom
