I have not forgotten my promise to make these available.  I have a couple of
guys from the list more knowledgeable than I  that are going to help me with
formatting and sqeezing once I get the images produced.  This will just take
a little while.  The printing is small and I want to have something that is
very readable when complete.  So, we will be trying a variety of approaches
to assure readability and yet trying to keep the size manageable.  Maybe
there will be overviews and then detail sections for reading the fine print.
We will just see how it works out.
