Make that "Copyrighted and/or Patented works" and I think you might
have it.
I might say "Inquiries for commercial use / licencing of these circuits
should be made to the respective owners of these works."
rather than "expressly forbidden"
Maybe someone WANTS to give Dieter permission, if he asks nicely !
