I feel a disclaimer is a very good idea.  It should be plainly visable 
somewhere.  I slightly updated your clause, how does this sound:

All data stored in this archive is freely downloadable to all interested 
parties for personal, non-commercial use. Restrictions applies to the usage 
of the data contained in this site, since much of the material listed in the 
archive is obtained from patented and/or copyrighted works.  

Usage of the aforementioned data for commercial enterprises and/or exploiting 
the information to generate profit is explicitely forbidden.  Use of this 
archive indictes your acceptance of this policy.
