I think Stefano has the right idea.  Here is his disclaimer with a
couple of minor grammatical corrections from someone who is a native
English (well, at least American English) speaker:

"All data stored in this [archive|site] is freely downloadable by all
interested
parties for personal use. Restrictions apply to the usage of the data
contained 
in this site, since many materials listed are obtained from copyrighted
works of 
various companies. Usage of the aforementioned data in commercial
enterprises 
and/or activities that exploit the information listed in this site to
make 
profit is explicitly forbidden without the express permission of the
author(s)."

I added the "without express permission of the author" at the end.
