I am not native englishman as well, but I see a lot of disclaimers,NDA etc
nowadays, and my proposal is:

All data stored in this [archive|site] is freely downloadable to all interested
parties, for whatever reason they want to do so. Restrictions applies to the usage
of the data contained in this site, since many material listed in the
[archive|site] is obtained from copyrighted works of several companies. Usage of
the aforementioned data to commercial enterprises and/or activities that exploits
the informations listed in this site to make profit is explicitely forbidden.
